I am a qualified mindfulness trainer accredited by Breathworks CIC to deliver the Breathworks Living Well, Mindfulness based programmes. Learning mindful meditation myself when facing a period of extreme stress was a life changing experience and I am enjoying bringing this experience to others, running groups and offering one to one coaching.
