Mindfulness for Stress.

Eight week course introducing mindfulness based strategies for reducing stress and enhancing well-being.


Learn to meditate and to look at stress and the way in which it affects you in a completely different way and in a small friendly group.

This course wll be helpful if you are dealing with stress of any kind whether associated with work, family, relationships, finances, loss or other factors outside your control, or if you just want to find out more about mindfulness and increase your sense of wellbeing.


Evening Course beginning Wednesday 3rd April 7.30 to 9.30 (no session 24th April)


Venue: Cotteridge Quaker Meeting House, 23A Watford Rd, Cotteridge, Birmingham, B30 1JB


Cost for the 8 week course: £220 includes a set of handouts and audio CDs to guide you through the practices.


There are a small number of concessionary places £160 low waged, £125 unwaged.
